Aubrey
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Zizur Mayor. the location was perfect. I was able to easily get into Pamplona by bus, which was much more convenient than driving into the city. The secure parking at the hotel was also a great bonus. Secondly, the room was lovely, with its own balcony offering beautiful views. The wooden floors added a touch of elegance. Lastly, the breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of fresh pastries, yoghurts, cheeses. this hotel provided excellent value for money, attention to detail, and a friendly staff.
Nothing could be improved, everything was outstanding.

We liked the fact we received a great price for a hotel on the outskirts of Pamplona for the "Running of the Bulls" especially relative to most comparable hotels in the city and surrounding area. The location was conveniently located at a bus stop, which made it easy to find. The room was clean and confortable.
The staff does not speak much English, therefore specific requests such as a wake-up call request may be difficult to communicate (i.e. no clocks in many rooms in Europe). Also, the continental breakfast is overpriced, but the restaurant is a nice feature for a small hotel.

It was a very convenient stop en route. It was minutes off the ap15, easy to find and easy to get back onto the motorway the next morning. We stayed here on the way back too. Would thoroughly recomment this hotel for any sort of stay but particularly an overnight stop. Ate in the restaurant and had a lovely meal. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with good bathrooms. Staff were very helpful and the receptionist on duty spoke good English.

Our stay in this hotel was truly amazing! Despite being located in a remote mountain, we were impressed by the easy access through city bus from Pamplona. its proximity to the town center was fantastic! The room and bathroom were clean, cozy, and well-furnished. The staff provided a great service, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We also loved the underground car park, which gave us peace of mind to park until daybreak.
The map through the city was unclear, which made it a bit difficult to follow.

Good price. Very convenient for Pamplona, as bus ran every 20 minutes from outside hotel.
Smoking was allowed in breakfast room (which doubles as a cafe). The Spanish will have a rude awakening on 1st January 2011, when the smoking ban comes into force.

Hotel was located in a nice village/suburb outside pamplona but really close if you have a car. Very pretty hotel, with a nice balcony and a nice quiet outdoor cafe. Overall very well priced, much cheaper than one would expect!
Slightly small room, but for that price no one can complain. Big bathroom though and very clean.
